Service

Staypagy is a publishing tool for vacation-rental listings. Not a booking site, marketplace, or agent. No payments or guest–Host disputes through us. Pre-launch and free for now; paid plans may come later with notice — delete your account before fees apply.

Hosts

18+. You must be allowed to list and must follow applicable law (including Portuguese alojamento local and tax rules). You are responsible for your content, contacts, guest deals, licences, and safety. No illegal or infringing content. You own your content; you licence us to host and display it to run the service.

Waitlist & accounts

Waitlist = product emails; opt out anytime. Keep credentials private. Request deletion at [email protected]. We may suspend for breach or misuse.

Liability

Provided as is. Not liable for listings or off-site communication. Cap: €100 (or fees paid in the prior 12 months, if higher). Does not limit liability that law forbids limiting.

Law

We may update these terms (date above). Continued use = acceptance. Portuguese law; Portuguese courts where allowed. Privacy: Privacy Policy.
